Russell Findlay has urged voters to seize their chance to kick out the “disastrous” SNP Government in 100 days’ time by voting for the Scottish Conservatives.
The leader of Holyrood’s largest opposition party said it was time for the country to end “two decades of division and failure” and switch the focus to bringing down bills and growing the economy.
Today (Tuesday) marks 100 days until Scotland goes to the polls on 7 May.
Scottish Conservative leader Russell Findlay said: “In 100 days, the people of Scotland have the opportunity to end two decades of division and failure by getting rid of the disastrous SNP government.
“Scots are forced to pay more than ever in tax, yet our NHS is in permanent crisis, our roads are crumbling and classroom violence is out of control.
“The Scottish Conservatives are fighting to bring down bills for hard-pressed households and businesses.
“Tackling the SNP’s out-of-control benefits bill would stimulate the economic growth needed to fund vital services.
“We are the only party offering a common-sense alternative to the failed left-wing consensus.
“We’re putting forward clear and credible plans to improve Scotland’s schools, NHS, transport system and address the SNP’s housing crisis.
“Weak Labour frequently back the SNP, from destroying Scotland’s oil and gas industry to Nicola Sturgeon’s gender self-ID law – and they won’t even oppose John Swinney’s latest tax-hiking budget.
“Anas Sarwar and Reform UK are also committed to increased benefits spending, just like the SNP.
“The Scottish Conservatives offer solutions to the problems the nation faces and we will always oppose any attempt by the SNP to break up the UK.
“That’s why it’s vital that Scots vote for us on 7 May.”
